Hi! I’m the baker, decorator, and flower-maker behind the scenes — and this little bakery is my dream come to life.

My love for sweets started early. I grew up in the kitchen, always choosing baking over cooking. After graduating from the Baking and Patisserie program at Red River College in 2017, I knew I’d found my path. There was no turning back, this is what I was meant to do.

These days, my favorite thing to create is custom cakes topped with handmade, edible flowers. I used to work with sugar flowers, but now I craft them from wafer paper. Both are delicate, beautiful, and completely edible. There’s nothing more satisfying than finishing a cake that looks just as dreamy as it tastes.

While custom cakes are the star of the show, I also love making everyday treats. Whether it’s a cookie that hits the spot or a dessert that brightens someone’s day, being part of those small joyful moments is why I do what I do.
