Ordering and Availability

How far in advance do I need to order a cake?

  • General cakes (available on the website) require at least 72 hours’ notice.

  • Custom single-tier cakes (without florals) require at least 1 week's notice, subject to availability.

  • All other custom cakes must be ordered a minimum of 3 weeks in advance, subject to availability.

Is my order guaranteed once I submit an inquiry?

Not quite. All pick-up dates are first come, first served, and once capacity is reached, I may not be able to accept more orders to ensure each one gets the care it deserves.


You’ll be contacted whether or not your inquiry is accepted.

Once an inquiry is approved and all order details are confirmed, your requested pick-up date will be held for 24 hours. A deposit must be placed within that time to secure your order. If not, the date may be released to the next inquiry in line.

Can I order something not available on the website?

Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. Feel free to send an inquiry with what you're looking for and I’ll get back to you to see what we can create together.

When can I expect a response after I submitted an order form?

You can expect a response from us within 24 hours. Please make sure to check our junk folder for any responses.

Payment & Deposits

Do I need to place a deposit to order a cake?

Yes. A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. If you prefer, you’re welcome to pay in full when placing your order.

Pick-Up and Delivery

Where do I pick up my order?

  • Most orders are picked up at Saigon Grind (333 William Ave) during their regular hours of operation.

  • Two-tier and larger cakes will be picked up at 120 Lowson Cres, Unit 2 and will need to be scheduled in advance.

What if I need to pick up outside of Saigon Grind’s hours?

Please request an alternative pick-up date and time at least 1 week in advance. I’ll do my best to accommodate you!

Do you offer delivery?

Yes—delivery is available by request. Additional fee applies.
